We're Farrah and Carlos! We own and operate Peace Farm Coffee Lab. Our business is based out of Providence, Rhode Island. We sell drinks throughout Rhode Island at various festivals, and offer our coffee beans online year-round.

Carlos' grandparents, family, and friends have worked in Colombia's renowned coffee growing region, El Eje Cafetero for decades. From a young age, Carlos immersed himself in learning every stage of the coffee making process, from seeding and fermentation to dry milling, international trade. roasting, sensory evaluation, and drink preparation. He spent countless days visiting farms and producers, eager to learn as much as possible. Today, every coffee he touches is crafted with deep passion and skilled technique.

Farrah has a background in business analysis and chemistry, and brings a scientific and thouoghtful approach to the coffee world. Farrah has worked with Q Graders to learn sensory evaluation and is deeply passionate about the food and beverage industry.
